The automatic "Leverless" tyre changer TECO 42 TOP, new in its innovative and unique design, has been specifically conceived for professional and super-intensive purposes and it is suitable to handle oversized and heavy motorcycle (with optional accessories UMA and US TPH), car and light commercial vehicle wheels from 11" to 28".
Part of the new “Top Line” product range, clearly identified by the yellow head plastic cover, TECO 42 TOP adds to the traditional, reliable and economically convenient turntable clamping system, the vertical post equipped with the automatic patented “Lever-Less” Teco tool head:
1) VERTICAL POST - Pneumatic control of the working arm, triple regulation system to take off clearances, reinforced vertical post, rollers to improve movement fluidity and horizontal arm double locking system;
2) AUTOMATIC LEVERLESS TOOL HEAD - Patented automatic system equipped with plastic protections. Thanks to an easy, quick and completely automatic demounting procedure, no effort is required from the operator side without any risk of rim scratches or tyre damages. The head movement is controlled by an on-purpose joystick;
3) AUTOMATIC AUXILIARY DEVICE TPH - Standard supplied patented automatic help arm, positioned on the right of the vertical post, ideal to operate on particularly tough or low profiled tyres such as Run-Flat. This new device is equipped with a patented bead-lifter tool, performing an automatic tool positioning system, which allows the “Leverless” head to handle whatever tyres present on the international market.
Standard supplied in t.i. version with the tubeless inflating device, it is available also in USA version with motoinverter.
Concerning the optional accessories or devices, the following items are also available:
US TPH - Universal spacer for TPH arm to be used with optional adapter kit UMA and CRA;
UMA - Universal motorcycle adapters (to be used in combination with US TPH);
CRA - Adapters for convex rims (to be used in combination with US TPH);
PLS 2 - Pneumatic wheel lift complete with roller rest.
